Stayed at the President while attending business conference being held there. From the check in, the staff provide nothing but 5 star service. I had room on the first floor and just like the grounds, it is nothing short of 5 star. The conference...

Amazing attention to guest satisfaction on all levels. Staff is one of the best I have encountered in any hotel stay recently. Even though the location is a bit away from the Split city center, downtown is easily accessible and affordable through shuttle...

The staff at the reception were friendly, which
Made our check-in process smooth and cute. The room was well-sized and comfortable, but we did notice a few issues with the dining options and limited poolside loungers. It was a good stay, though not without its challenges.

The hotel has a large swimming pool and it is close to many points of interest: Solana, Trogir, Split, Klis.
Very poor isolation of walls between rooms, no isolation door to gangway. No orange juice in the morning, but a kind of brown colored nectar... poor breakfast buffet

A relaxing stay with fine views
The spacious room offered amazing views of the mountains, and the breakfast spread was generous. We enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and loved lounging by the outdoor pools, surrounded by nature.
There were some drawbacks. Our room wasn't cleaned for two consecutive days, resulting in an unpleasant trash situation. Dining at the hotel was disappointing, with limited palate-pleasing options. We also found the bathroom products lacking. I recommend bringing your own.

Very friendly personnel that is prepared to go one mile further to make sure guest feels welcome. Very good spa facilities
Internet in the room is hardly working. You have to go to the lobby or the restaurant for a really fast connection

Room, bed, close to highway
Very loud church nearby

The spacious rooms come with beautiful decor, and the large balcony offers a good view, although chairs are lacking. The outdoor pools are a nice escape, surrounded by well-manicured landscaping.
Waking up to direct sunlight was no treat, thanks to the absence of blackout curtains. The nearby church bells can be quite disruptive, chiming every half hour. The swimming pools could use some attention-the larger one was dirty with sand and debris. Dining can be frustrating, with a limited menu and overpriced food that doesn't live up to expectations, especially considering nearby local options. Oh, and if you're expecting tea or coffee facilities in your room, forget it.

Very good location for those who travel with a car. Quite comfortable and not far from the highway. Has a parking too.
The breakfast is poor. And it's obviously overpriced. We paid 200+ euros for quite a regular room with an expired Toblerone in the fridge.
